Vegetarian Stuffed Pepper

We stuff these bad boys with pearled farro, orzo, cremini mushroom, baby kale and goat cheese.  Oh and don't forget the blistered tomato relish and reduced balsamic to round things out.  Super satisfying!

Ingredients: roasted bell pepper, farro, orzo, tomato relish, goat cheese, onion, vegetable stock, reduced balsamic vinegar.
